Josi Kilpack

Josi is a licensed real estate agent in Utah and Idaho, with more than 40 transactions in less than three years. With residential and commercial properties of her own, she has personal experience with buying, selling, and managing investment properties. She also manages her own short-term-rental in the basement apartment of her Bear Lake home, where she lives full-time.

Though Josi has enjoyed traveling the world over the years for both research and personal adventure, her favorite place to be is home, reading—or writing—a good book, and surrounded by the people and things she loves.
