Tiffany is a residential buyers agent as well as a listing agent with over 100 closed transactions totaling over 32 million dollars. Her close rate is 98%. After 10 years as an agent, she received her broker's license in 2021.
 

She believes home owners or potential home owners should be monitoring the value of their biggest investment in life - a home - and provides extensive knowledge and resources on how to care for it. Tiffany used to own a house flipping business as well and understands what it means to renovate a home, time frames, and potential costs, as well as how to envision the spaces to best serve each client. Tiffany serves the Salt Lake, Utah and Wasatch County areas.

Josi Kilpack:

Josi is a licensed real estate agent in Utah and Idaho, with more than 40 transactions in less than three years. With residential and commercial properties of her own, she has personal experience with buying, selling, and managing investment properties. She also manages her own short-term-rental in the basement apartment of her Bear Lake home, where she lives full-time.

 

Though Josi has enjoyed traveling the world over the years for both research and personal adventure, her favorite place to be is home, reading—or writing—a good book, and surrounded by the people and things she loves. She appreciates the power of homeownership and investing in real estate and enjoys helping people navigate the process as smoothly as possible.
